All branch leaders nominated in 2006 will be recognized at the state convention during the Rocky Mountain Regional Convention June 9 and 10th. The outstanding state leader will be selected by a committee of three branch presidents. The presidents of the Cheyenne, Sheridan, and Casper branches will serve on this committee in 2006.
